SNP/Green ‘Hate Crime’ Law Imposition Sparks Large Demonstration.

On Monday, 1st April, several hundred people from disparate political groups and organisations gathered outside the Holyrood Parliament building to protest against the Hate Crime Act. This totalitarian attack on free speech which would easily fit into the plot of some dystopian science fiction novel could see people arrested and prosecuted for expressing opinions within their own homes.

Whilst the primary blame for this appalling piece of legislation lies with the SNP and their Scottish Green Party partners in the, (so-called), Scottish Government it should not be forgotten that both the Labour and Liberal Democrat parties backed it as well.

Remember this when you next go to the polls.
