Nigel Farage has confirmed that Reform UK are a pro-devolution party and will NOT support scrapping the devolved assemblies.
When asked if Reform candidates will be expected to "sign up" to devolution, Farage responded "of course", and explicitly stated that candidates will not be allowed to express anti-devolution views. According to Nigel, "that ship has completely sailed".
While many will be disappointed at this news, we are not surprised. Reform UK - especially in Scotland - is full of establishment ex-Tories who are keen to get their seat on the gravy train at Holyrood next May.
David Kirkwood, Reform's Deputy Chairman in Scotland, voted Yes to Scottish independence and confirmed last year that he still supports it (just not in the same way the SNP envisions it):

It is clear that Reform cannot be trusted on devolution or even on the Union. They are thin on policy and even thinner on the ground in Scotland.
The British Unionist Party by contrast is a proudly Unionist and anti-devolution party. We are currently the only party with elected representation in Scotland to call for Holyrood to be abolished and replaced with genuine devolution of power to local authorities.
Only the British Unionists - and not Reform - can be trusted on the Union.
